Matthew Hart, Educational Consultant
Matthew Hart is an Educational Consultant who focuses primarily on therapeutic and learning disability issues. He brings more than 17 years of experience working with adolescents in school and therapeutic settings. Mr. Hart has served as CEO, Headmaster, Academic Director, Teacher, Advisor, and Residential Staff member in therapeutic settings. Mr. Hart has also worked in the classroom and in residential settings with a wide range of students with LD, ADHD and ASD. He served as teacher, dorm parent and Dean of Students in a specialized school setting for students with language-based learning disabilities. Prior to joining Educational Directions, Inc., Mr. Hart was an Associate Director of Admissions for Landmark College. Throughout his career he has been instrumental in the development of educational practices and methodologies that are student centered and that support both the therapeutic and academic growth of individual students. Mr. Hart has also served the public school system by holding seats on school boards at both the local and regional levels.
Splitting time between the Westborough office and his home office in Southern Vermont, Mr Hart services areas including Vermont, New Hampshire, Western Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York State. He is more than happy to meet with clients in areas closer to their homes.
