Kibbe Brown, Orton-Gillingham Therapist and Educator

Mr. Brown is affiliated with Educational Directions, Inc. as a unique resource for our clients struggling with reading and writing. He is a certified Orton-Gillingham Academic Therapist, reading teacher, and early childhood educator. He has taught reading, writing, and math to elementary, middle, high school and college students with dyslexia, ADHD, Asperger’s Syndrome, and executive function challenges. He is recognized by the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education as a professional development provider who trains teachers to recognize, assess, and remediate the symptoms of dyslexia. Mr. Brown also helps parents and teachers navigate the IEP process, and he presents to local SPED PACs. Mr. Brown serves on the Board of Trustees of the Touchstone Community School in Grafton, MA. Mr. Brown holds a BS from Southern NH University and completed training in Early Childhood education and English at Framingham State University’s Post Baccalaureate Teacher Certification program, receiving his license from the state DOE in Early Childhood education and classroom teaching. Professional membership includes IDA, and Mr. Brown received training as an ADHD coach through ADDCA.
